Only Merlin Travel Group approved agents will be granted access to the MTG Agent Portal. 

Please provide us with the requested details below and, if you are approved, your access information will be emailed to you within 24hours.

Make sure the email address that you supply below is correct and that you have access to it’s inbox as this will be where you will receive notification on suppliers, important updates, holiday deals, password changes, & training material etc.

Additional User Access:

As some travel agents may employ additional staff or have family members involved with their travel business, you may request access for upto an additional 3 individual logins, however you will ultimately be responsible for their conduct whilst they are using the MTG Agent Portal and should any issues or misuse arise, this could lead to your own credentials being withdrawn.

Access Is For Authorized Users ONLY:

• NEVER give your login credentials to anyone
• NEVER give out details, such as supplier logins and/or any other content contained within the MTG Agent Portal, to another travel agent, regardless of whether they are a Merlin Travel Group member or not, and/or to any other third parties.
• All authorized users will have their own individual logins and therefore you should direct them to log into the portal for anything they require at all times.

“I confirm that I have read & understood the above and accept full responsibility for making sure I secure the login credentials & content found within the MTG Agent Portal, including taking steps to protect my devices and password save locations from potential misuse by any unauthorized individuals. I understand failure to do this may result in my own credentials to access the portal being withdrawn”
