PTS & Booking Fees
Here are the current fees and costs associated in making, processing, and protecting bookings with PTS.
We have successfully negotiated a 50 % reduction in the cost of the Remittance (or File Fee as we usually refer to it) with PTS. This has been reduced from £12.00 to £6.00 until 1st September. From 1st September onwards it will increase to £7.15 in line with the £1.15 rise in fees that PTS are introducing from that date.

Package Travel Regulation Compliance (PTRC)
Insurance Cover
PTRC Insurance – 0.157%
PTRC is applied to the total booking value paid by the customer
Incoming Payment: The fee for PTS and the trustees to allocate and verify any incoming payment.
Priority Fee: Priority Payment Fee is applied if we need to send a guaranteed same day or next day payment to a supplier on a member’s behalf, for example a very last minute booking.
